These Terms govern use of TrainForge, a tool for organising personal-training client records, exercise plans, progress and appointments. By using TrainForge, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

Trainer responsibilities

Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for ensuring they have authority to enter and manage client information. Trainers should obtain any consent required before adding a client's personal information to TrainForge.

Health and training information

TrainForge supports training administration only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency support or professional medical advice. Trainers and clients should seek qualified medical advice where appropriate, especially before starting or changing an exercise program.

AI suggestions

AI-generated notes and exercise-plan suggestions are optional and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular person. Trainers must review all suggestions and remain responsible for decisions made using them.

Acceptable use

You must not use TrainForge to misuse another person's information, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content or use the service for any purpose that breaches applicable law or another person's rights.

Availability and changes

The deployment operator may update, maintain, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. You should keep independent records where they are important to your business or legal obligations.

Privacy

Use of TrainForge is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information used in the service is handled.
